How much do movers cost in Boise?
Local moves run $100–$150 per hour for a crew of two, depending on the day and the size of the job. That covers the crew, the truck and the equipment we bring. Long-distance moves are quoted as a flat price, not by the hour.
What does the hourly rate include?
The crew, the truck, and the pads, straps and shrink wrap we bring with us. Furniture disassembly and reassembly is part of the job, not an add-on. Boxes and packing paper are quoted separately.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes — there is a minimum that covers getting the crew and the truck to you. For a single item it is usually still the cheapest option on the table. Ask and we will quote it straight.
How is a long-distance move priced?
As a flat price rather than by the hour, based on distance and the size of the load. We agree the number before the truck is loaded, and it covers loading, driving and unloading at the other end.
